For all youth skills camps conducted by NWJ, all staff members will undergo a background check every calendar year prior to being alone with any child or children.

For cancelations prior to 30 days before the start of the class, camp or trip, we will refund the cost less the deposit. For cancelations less than 30 days prior to start of the class, camp or trip all moneys are non-refundable.

We will do our best to work with you.

Your enrolment in a class, camp or trip is not complete until your deposit / payment has been received. Deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits for all programs will be 20% of the total cost. This deposit is built into cost for classes that are paid in full.

We need to have a signed liablity waiver for each student prior to their participation in any class, camp or trip.
