People are drawn to the wilderness but are held back by lack of experience and fear. At Northern Wilderness Journey our classes build your skills and confidence so that you can gain the benefits of time spent in nature.

Founded by Maine & NH Guide Shaun Flynn in 2020 with a mission to help people connect more meaningfully with nature. We specialize in teaching bushcraft, survival & wilderness travel skills.

Located in Durham, NH on a 40 acre campus, our programs are designed to build your skills and confidence and remind us that we are all part of the natural world.
